Tailormade IT built for how you actually work
We design and build the systems that run your business: custom applications, automations, and the security layer that keeps them trustworthy.
Best for: Teams running critical operations on systems that no longer fit how the business actually works.
Technology that fits the work, not the other way round
Most organizations don't have a technology shortage so much as a fit problem: software bought off the shelf that doesn't match the workflow, tools built years ago that nobody dares touch, and security added after the fact. Technology is where we deal with all three.
We work across the full lifecycle — mapping the workflow, designing the architecture, building, securing and running what we deliver — so there is one accountable team from the first conversation to production support.
What good looks like
- Software that matches how your teams actually work, instead of forcing them to adapt to it
- Manual hand-offs and double entry removed from your critical processes
- Systems that connect to each other rather than sitting in silos
- Security designed in from the start, not retrofitted after an audit
- A modular codebase your own team can extend without starting over

Environments that are repeatable to deploy, observable in production and sized to what you actually use.
- Microsoft Azure
- AWS
- Containers & Docker
- CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure as code
Data & integration
Connecting the systems you already run so data moves once, correctly, instead of being re-keyed.
- SQL Server
- PostgreSQL
- REST & GraphQL APIs
- Event-driven messaging
- ERP & CRM integration
Automation
Taking repetitive, rules-based work out of people's day and into reliable, monitored workflows.
- Workflow automation
- Document processing
- Scheduled jobs
- Robotic process automation
- Microsoft Power Platform
Security
Controls built into the application and the environment, matched to the threats your industry actually faces.
- Identity & single sign-on
- Secure development practices
- Vulnerability assessment
- Encryption & secrets management
- Logging & monitoring
Engineering discipline, not a pitch deck
We start from the workflow, not the tech stack — mapping how work actually moves through your teams before a line of code gets written. Everything ships modular, so what we build this year doesn't have to be torn out next year.
What this can look like
A distributor replaces a decade-old inventory system with a custom application that talks directly to their warehouse hardware and finance stack — no more manual reconciliation at month-end.
From first conversation to production
-
01 / 04
Map the workflow
We work with the people who use the system today, document how work really moves, and agree what "done" looks like before anything is designed.
-
02 / 04
Design the architecture
A modular design with clear integration points, security requirements and a phased delivery plan you can hold us to.
-
03 / 04
Build in increments
Working software in short cycles, reviewed with your team, so surprises show up early instead of at launch.
-

Launch and support
A controlled rollout, handover documentation, and ongoing support or retained engineering if you want it.
The same stages apply to every engagement. See our full process.
Choose the engagement that fits
Project delivery
A defined scope, agreed milestones and a regular review rhythm from kickoff to launch.
Best for: A specific system, integration or migration with a clear end point.
Retained team
A dedicated group of engineers working through your backlog month after month.
Best for: Platforms and products that keep evolving after the first release.
Discovery & architecture
A short, focused engagement that maps the problem, weighs the options and produces a plan before you commit to a build.
Best for: Teams that know something isn't working but not yet what to build or buy.
See it in practice
Cutting no-shows for a multi-location healthcare practice
A growing outpatient practice group was losing a meaningful share of daily appointment slots to no-shows and manual double-booking across locations, while front-desk staff spent hours a day reconciling schedules across disconnected systems.
Case study · HealthcareModernizing patient data security for a regional provider network
A regional network of clinics was running patient intake and records on a patchwork of legacy systems with inconsistent access controls, making it difficult to demonstrate compliance or respond quickly to audit requests.
Case study · Auto & Property DamageReal-time claims visibility for a regional auto and property provider
Leadership at a regional claims provider had no real-time view into claims volume, cycle time, or bottlenecks — reporting was assembled manually from multiple systems on a weekly cadence, by which point the information was already out of date.

The architecture decisions that matter most aren't about picking the right framework. They're about how much a system resists change when the business inevitably does.

Zero trust has become a marketing term attached to almost any security product. Stripped of the buzzwords, it's a much simpler and more useful idea.
Frequently asked questions
Do you replace our existing systems or build around them?
Either, depending on what is causing the problem. We start by mapping how the current systems are used. Where they still do the job, we integrate with them; where they are the bottleneck, we replace them in stages so the business keeps running throughout.
How do you decide between custom software and a product we can buy?
We compare the options against your workflow, budget and the cost of ownership over several years. If an existing product fits, we will say so. Custom software makes sense when your process is a genuine differentiator, or when off-the-shelf tools would force constant workarounds.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope and on how many systems are involved. After discovery we give you a phased plan, with a first release early on, so you see working software well before the whole project is finished.
How do you handle security and compliance?
Security requirements are agreed at the design stage and reviewed throughout the build: access control, data protection, logging and secure deployment. For regulated industries such as healthcare, we design around the specific compliance obligations you operate under.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Yes. Our engineers can pair with your internal team. We document as we go and hand over cleanly, so your people can own and extend what we build.
What happens after launch?
Handover includes documentation and a support plan. From there you can take everything in-house, ask us for ongoing support, or retain a team for continued development.
Have a system that isn't keeping up?
Tell us what's slowing your teams down and we'll tell you honestly whether custom software, an integration or a simple fix is the right answer.
